My academic path may appear multifaceted—and it is. But at its core lies a simple drive: to contribute meaningfully, with curiosity and care.

After my PhD, I co-founded the first Green Team at Politecnico di Torino and later became an assistant professor teaching transformational leadership, transdisciplinary collaboration, and sustainability transitions. I'm formally accredited in Appraisal and Evaluation Science (ICAR/22), yet my work increasingly leans toward the social and inner dimensions of sustainability.

I believe we live in times of deep societal disruption—where something radically new is trying to emerge. This emergence calls us not only to grow inwardly, but to serve outwardly. We need to reimagine how we live, relate, and care—for each other and for the Earth.

That’s why I’m committed to transdisciplinary, participatory, and transformative approaches: working across science and society, mental health and systems change, education and ecology. I’ve learned as much from EU-funded research as I have from impro-theatre, volunteering, and collaborative design.

I believe we live in times of great societal disruption and turmoil, and many of us recognise that something radically new wants to be born.

This new emergence requires us not only to work on ourselves (through spiritual and other practices), but also to be of service in the outer, collective spheres.

Together, we need to re-envision our ways of being, so that humanity may find greater peace and may thrive in relationship with the Earth and her diverse ecosystems, and I want to be part of this process with all my head, heart and hands.
